LEAF-2D Privacy Policy
“Laser EnAbled TransFer of 2D Materials ’ — ‘LEAF-2D’”
is an EU funded research project under Grant Agreement number 801389. This privacy policy will explain how we use the personal data we collect from you when you use the LEAF-2D website.

What data do we collect?
We collect the following data:
Personal identification information (Name, email address)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide the above data, when you fill in the contact form or the plugin for our newsletters, which are both present on the LEAF-2D website
How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can answer any questions that you may have regarding this research project and/or email to you our newsletters.
How do we store your data?
We securely store your data on the computers owned by the LEAF-2D coordinator, where only authorised personnel have access. We will keep your name and email address maximum for 4 years after the end of the project. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our files.
What are your data protection rights?
We would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access: You have the right to request the LEAF-2D coordinator for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification: You have the right to request us to correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure: You have the right to request us to erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request us to restrict the processing
of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data,
under certain conditions.
The right to data portability: You have the right to request us to transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
